The rooms were silent with exceptionally comfortable beds and satisfactory breakfasts. The staff there were friendly and consistently courteous!

The hotel is beautiful and in a favourable location to the main station in Madrid. A quiet atmosphere along with very courteous personnel. Satisfactory breakfast for the start of the day. Quick check-in, parking onsite. Not to mention excellent wifi!

Easy access, secure parking, spacious room, clean, working WIFI. Helpful front desk staff, provided bus schedule and directions. Bigger room than expected, comfortable, nice bathroom. Good breakfast buffet, good restaurant nearby. Convenient bus to the airport. Excellent choice for our stay.

overall had nice stay for business trip. the rooms were well-appointed and good sized with functional bathrooms. the location was particularly good and a train station was walking distance to the hotel. also, parroquia santa monica was around the corner.

This hotel is located in a great spot with everything easily accessible. You can easily walk to the main square and find plenty of shops and restaurants around. It's also a convenient location being close to the airport. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. the breakfast provided is delicious and the staff offer great service, making the stay even more enjoyable.

During our recent stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of our room at Hostal Plaza Mayor. The bathroom was also very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The continental breakfast provided was simple but good. The location, although not in the center of Madrid, was conveniently close to the Torrejon de Ardoz Cercanias train station, making it easy to travel to the city center in just 20 minutes. The staff was lovely and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. With its excellent rooms and convenient location, we would definitely consider staying at this hotel again. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Had a great New Year’s Eve stay- wonderful fireworks outside my window! Key location was big help with easy access to transportation, and there were excellent parks within a short walk. The room was clean and cozy, with good views from the balcony -just what I needed for a relaxing time. Wi-Fi worked well, and there was always plenty of hot water.

The downside was not any specific fault with the hotel itself, but the surrounding area was somewhat lacking. Few decent dining options were in the vicinity and the noise levels from nearby clubs and bars meant it was tougher to get a good night's sleep.

As a tourist, I loved the convenient location near the town center and the secure underground parking. The spacious and well-appointed room was clean, and the WIFI actually worked!

Just a tiny downside, the WiFi is only available in public areas. So glad I got to enjoy the lovely lounges!

Started my New Year’s party right with a stay at this lovely hotel. The breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day and the clean and comfortable room was perfect to come back to. The room even had a mini fridge to keep my drinks chilled! The hotel’s location was ideal with easily accessible train and bus stations nearby making it easy to get around. The staff was also helpful and polite, making my stay less stressful.

The walls were a bit thin, so I could hear noises from next door, but it wasn't too bothersome. the location was a bit further out from the city center then I would have liked, but the convenience of the nearby stations made up for it.
